Not necessirealy true, but very i feel this very often. In hip hop beat and the words should be on the same level of importancy. Back in the day it was words first, now its beat first smh. But there still guys who dont even need a beat to rap good yall check out Ski Mask the slump god. If you lsiten to rap i guarantee you, you never heard anyone flow like this. He is like Busta Rhymes but trap lol
