Bí ngồi rửa sạch, bào sợi nhỏ rồi vắt cho ráo nước rồi cho vào tô lớn.

Thêm vào tô bí gồm: 50g Phô mai bào, hành tây cắt sợi nhỏ, thì là cắt nhuyễn, 1/4 chén bột chiên xù, 2 quả trứng và 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối tiêu, trộn đều.

Trong một chảo vừa, cho dầu vào đun sôi. Dùng muỗng múc một lượng nhỏ bí, cho vào chảo, tạo thành hình bánh dán dẹt. Chiên cho đến khi vàng nâu cả hai bên là được.
