Very expensive, but it is one of the few engine additive products I seem to be able to tell a difference when using. Some of my mechanical engineering friends recommend it every 5,000 miles .... so that is what I am doing.

I'll keep this brief, as there are countless other reviews that have shared positive experiences about this product. I too have had a similar experience, and it has improved the engine performance of my aging Mitsubishi Galant. My vehicle has 212k miles, and is 15 years old (2001). I didn't necessarily have any major issues I was trying to fix or repair, I just wanted to clean things out and prevent something from occurring. I added the fluid via the vacuum line, but when I started this project I had no idea how I was going to accomplish this task. I don't have a shop with fancy tools, in fact, I'm lucky I have tools to do half the shtuff I do. In order for me to accomplish this, I needed a hose, or a drip line of some sort to feed the liquid. My mechanic buddy (doesn't everybody have one of these?) recommended that I get the Berryman B-12 kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002KKIM8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4). This kit provided the drip line and attachments to complete the job. If anything, this review is to tell you, get that kit as it will save your Saturday! And be prepared for the biggest mushroom cloud of your life. I thought my car was on fire, I mean seriously, I looked like an old steam engine train going down the neighborhood, I even had a car pull over honking his horn and pointing as if I couldn't tell that I was being chased by the stay-puffed marshmallow man! Car is running very nice now. Otherwise, yada yada yada, rainbows and unicorns. This stuff is awesome! Get that kit

This is my 2nd can of Seafoam after discovering how much better my old chainsaw runs with a little of it added to each tank of fuel. It used to die routinely during idle requiring restarting but after just one dose of Seafoam it now runs much better and never dies. I'm using it in a couple of other engines based on how it improved my chainsaw.

I have purchased Sea Foam SF-16 for a number of years. It keeps my 1973 Jeep pickup motor running in top notch condition. I don't put a lot of miles on Old Blue so it sometimes will sit for several months at a time especially during the winter when my heavy hauling jobs are at a minimum. As a "spring tonic" I poor some into the carburetor with the engine running to clean the carburetor and the cylinders. A can in the gas tank 2 or 3 time a year continues to keep the engine running smoothly. Great product. Use a can in the gas tank on my newer truck every year to keep the motor running great.

Had great success with this stuff. I always like to keep a bottle around in the garage when needed. Can't claim how this stuff works but I do know it does make my small engines run smother. Plenty of youtube videos on its ability. I also every once and awhile put it in my vehicles to keep those prone to clog fuel injectors clean. So far it seems to work haven't had any issues.

I have an early 2000s Subaru with about 130k miles on it. I started encountering a rough idle in the spring of 2018. After trying a few usual suspects to no avail (cleaning the throttle body, changing the fuel filter), I shrugged and poured a can of Seafoam into the tank before filling it up. Result 1: the rough idle disappeared (though this could have been a delayed effect of the other treatments finally kicking in). I was more impressed, though, by Result 2: my rate of gas consumption dropped 2.5 MPG, enough that I was using over a gallon less per week for the same commute. The can paid for itself in two weeks. I'm almost inspired enough to try the other advertised applications (putting it in the crankcase, or in the oil before a change).

A few years ago I began to notice a loss of power and rough idling, and our mechanic found no problems... he basically just told us that Ethanol sucks... to be more exact, he said that Ethanol sucks energy out of your car by generating lots of vapor that condenses and turns into water inside your engine as the engine cools down. This can lead to all sort of bad things including rough idle, corrosion, reduced power and a failure to easily start. Our mechanic recommended a couple products -- SeaFoam and BG44K -- which quickly took care of the problem by helping remove the water and cleaning the valves and fuel injectors too. I buy BG44K when found at a good price (which is rare these days...), and SeaFoam when I can't; put a can into my Mustang GT's tank every four months or so, and drop one into my wife's SUV at least once per year. If you have something similar going on and you know it is not a mechanical issue, give this stuff a try. Recommended based on our experience with it.

Perfect injector cleaner. I had a check engine light on for lean mixture on both banks. One can of this fixed the problem. Try before you waste money on mechanics and sensors.

I have heard about Sea Foam for several years. I finally decided to give this a try because both my weed whip and my leaf blower were running poorly. It's a problem with small engine fuel systems and the ethanol that they put in gasoline. I got a can of Sea Foam off of Amazon to try before I took the weed whip and blower to the shop for repair. After the first tankful of gasoline with the proper amount of Sea Foam, both engines started to run better and start easier. After the second tank of gas + Sea Foam, I could tell a big difference. Started and ran like they were supposed to. I will keep using this and purchase again.

Magic...have a 10 year old Yamaha 40 hp outboard. After I think I used some old mix oil...it ran like _____. I saw a guy at the slip and he suggested seafoam. I bought it here...poured it in with 7 gallons on new gas and oil (25 gallon tank) and within 15 minutes, not only does it fix it...it runs better than it has in years. I will use this now every other tankful- forever.
